Many of our products are designed, 3D printed, assembled, finished or packaged by us in small batches right here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Some pieces include components sourced from trusted suppliers and finished or assembled by Magnolia Coast.

Small variations can happen with made-to-order and small-batch pieces, and colors may look slightly different from screen to screen. Those little differences are part of what makes each piece its own.

Yes. Local pickup is available on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Choose local pickup at checkout when available, and we’ll send the pickup details once your order is ready.

Yes. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Processing time and shipping time are separate, so keep both in mind when ordering for a birthday, game or special event.

We only offer school or organization designs where we have the appropriate approval or authorization to create and sell them. Authorized collections are identified on our site.

For participating collections, a portion of proceeds may benefit the associated organization. Details can vary by collection, fundraiser or event, so check the specific promotion for the details that apply.

Possibly. We love working with new schools, teams and organizations. Because school logos and marks may require permission, we’ll work through the appropriate approval process before offering official designs.

Yes. We work with schools, PTOs, booster clubs, teams, leagues, clubs and community organizations through fundraising, bulk and organization-order options.

Your organization chooses products, sets its selling prices and shares the fundraiser. After the fundraiser ends, we make the order and deliver the completed items to the organizer or designated host location for distribution.

Yes, bulk options may be available for approved organizations that want inventory for games, spirit shops and events. Contact us with your organization, quantities and products for current pricing and availability.

The organizer sets the selling price for participating fundraiser products. We can provide suggested retail ranges so your group can see potential profit and choose pricing that works for you.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order information and a photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’ll review what happened and help make it right.

Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. If we made an error or the item arrives damaged, please contact us.

Contact us quickly. If production has not started, cancellation may be possible. Once a made-to-order or personalized item is in production, we may be unable to cancel it.
